On a daily basis I have the opportunity to meet and interact with a lot of people. Many are hurting and desperately need a place to refresh and renew their mind and spirit. I see families that are torn apart and view The Rock as a unique, God-inspired place to mend their hurting hearts. This is why I believe The Rock needs to be built.

I, as a husband, father and business owner, would like to challenge you to investigate "The Mission of The Rock" further, and if led, make an eternal difference by supporting the ministry and development of The Rock with your time, finances, and prayer."

Providing a Christ-centered, Biblically based, environment that refreshes the believer and clearly shows the Love of Christ to the unbeliever.

What we believe

  • The Holy Scriptures as originally given by God, divinely inspired, infallible, entirely trustworthy and the supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct
  • The Triune God - Father, Son and Holy Spirit
  • The deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, His substitutionary atonement for sin, His bodily resurrection and His personal, visible return to earth to reign in righteousness and glory
  • The Person of the Holy Spirit and His work of conviction, regeneration, and sanctification, who indwells every believer equipping them with gifts for service and witness
  • The necessity of new birth, in salvation by faith in Jesus Christ alone and the importance of a life fully committed to the will of God in Christ; and
  • The church as the one universal body of Christ who is the Head, called to be God's redeemed people
Christian Camp and Retreat Centers have long been considered one of Christianity’s most effective mediums for impacting lives and strengthening the Church. For decades, clergy and lay leaders in all denominations have realized that the challenge-oriented temporary community inherent in Christian camping is unsurpassed for awakening faith, instilling character, and implanting godly values in participants, regardless of age or background. Christian camping is also considered by many to be the best means for inspiring an individual to a life of service.
